Prohibited Items (Federal Law)
No illegal drugs, including marijuana (even with a medical card), are allowed on board.
Our vessels operate under U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) federal jurisdiction. Under federal law, marijuana remains classified as a Schedule I controlled substance. The USCG strictly enforces federal law, which supersedes state laws, and violation can result in severe penalties for both the passenger and the captain.
Legal Reference: This policy is in accordance with federal law enforced by the USCG under 46 U.S. Code § 2115 and 49 CFR Part 40.
GPS Tracking Devices
For the protection of my business and proprietary fishing locations, the use of GPS and cellular tracking devices is strictly prohibited on board.

I prioritize your safety and enjoyment. Some days, the weather or fishing conditions may not be ideal. I'll always be upfront about it—even if it's not what you want to hear.
Physical Limitations

Good Karma Sportfishing charges $1,200 (cash) or $1,250 (credit card) for a 6–8 hour private fishing charter. No hidden fuel charges, no extra hour fees. Prices do not include gratuity. Valid for the 2026/2027 season.
How many people can fish on the Good Karma charter?
Mixed groups: up to 2 adults and 2 children (16 and under). Adults only: up to 3 adults maximum. Extra guests will not be allowed to board.
Does Good Karma Sportfishing run multiple trips per day?
No — we offer one trip per day. You are never rushed back to the dock for a second trip. Captain Ryan gives every group the full day on the water.
